All of the work below covers every company in the group: Nevşah, Nevşah Enstitü and Nevcap.
CRM and sales infrastructure
- Rebuilt from scratch on GoHighLevel: new, efficient sales pipelines and complex automated workflows.
- 15-minute rule: every new lead reaches the sales team within 15 minutes. AI agents handle the first outreach, qualify the lead and book the call straight away.
- 14-day rule: an automated student tracking system that steps in when someone goes quiet, raising course completion and retention.
- Evergreen funnels: always-on sales funnels, plus fixes for backend issues in the existing affiliate programme.
Advertising
- Took over Meta Ads from the previous agency and ran end-to-end campaigns for the flagship programmes: Mucize Kursu, Para Bilinci, Tanrıça Kampı, Nefes Kampı, İlişkiler Atölyesi and Dişil Gücün Uyanışı.
- Managed and scaled £10M in Meta ad spend across several international markets, holding strict CPA targets and pacing budgets to maximise ROAS on high-ticket programmes.
- Cold traffic straight into automation: ad audiences flow into automated GoHighLevel nurture sequences, which lifted conversion and lowered acquisition cost.
- Meta Conversions API (CAPI): no lost pixel data, accurate campaign tracking and better learning for the ad algorithm.
Webinars
End-to-end webinar funnels on WebinarJam: targeted ads for high-volume registrations, GoHighLevel integration for SMS and email reminders before the event, and follow-up sequences afterwards to lift live attendance and final sales.
Email deliverability and reporting
- SendGrid with DMARC, DKIM and SPF tuned so automated emails land in the inbox, not in spam.
- Weekly reporting straight to the founder: performance, budget pacing and pipeline health, all driven by data.
