About
OkayMedia is Hakan Okay's digital studio in İzmir. Apps, web, video, ads and automation.
Hi, I’m Hakan Okay. OkayMedia is the digital studio I run from İzmir, Türkiye. I look after every project personally, from the first call to launch.
It started behind the camera
It all began with video: shooting, editing, content for social media. Over time I noticed something: work that looks good is of little use if it isn’t connected to the step that comes after it. The video gets views, but nobody writes. The website looks great, but nobody calls.
So today every project starts with the same question: when this is done, who will find what easier?
Today
Ads, CRM and automation now sit alongside video and design. Together with each brand we build the path from first click to sale: websites, Meta and Google campaigns, GoHighLevel and Make.com automations, AI assistants, and of course still video.
The first app, Nefes, came from the same thinking. The App Store had no simple, non-judgemental quit-smoking app, so Nefes set out to fill that gap.
Health tourism
Lead, follow-up and sales systems for clinics are covered in detail on hakanokay.co. The health tourism examples here are case studies selected from that work.

How I work
- 01
One point of contact
The person you talk to about the project is the person doing the work. No account manager, no team you've never met in between, which is why I focus on a small number of projects at a time.
- 02
Everything is yours
Domain, hosting, store and ad accounts, and source code are set up in your name. Even if we part ways, everything stays with you.
- 03
Honest from the start
If the budget, timeline or expectations don't fit the job, we talk about it on the first call. That's the healthiest way for both of us.
- 04
Real work, real numbers
The portfolio only shows work that was actually done and that clients are happy to share. Numbers always come with their time frame.
Have a project in mind?
Tell me what you’re working on and let’s take a look together. If it isn’t the right fit, we’ll know after the first call.
